Based on the popular OPTIMOD 5750 processor, the 5750 HD provides FM/HD1 processing and includes a second independent processing chain called HD2. It comes in a compact 1 RU design, is equipped with a high-resolution touch display, and can be controlled remotely via any HTML5 web browser.

OPTIMOD 5750 HD is equipped with analog, AES3, composite and digital MPX as well as AES67/SMPTE-ST2110 inputs and outputs includes advance audio routing and Diversity Delay and can easily be integrated in any studio and transmitter environment. Additionally, optional μMPX allows a cost-effective transmission of digital MPX signals over IP.

- Multiple audio input and output sources can be monitored via the front panel headphone output and the optional IP Monitoring Streaming Encoder.
- The optional Internal Audio Backup player or IP Audio Backup decoder can be used as one of the emergency fallback scenarios, but it can also be used as a main Streaming Input source like HLS
